Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to services provided by FloydTech.


General Policy


We strive to provide high-quality IT services. Due to the nature of digital and technical services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Refund


Refunds may be considered if:

  • Service was not delivered as agreed

  • Project was cancelled by FloydTech before completion

  • Duplicate payment was made by mistake

Non-Refundable Services


The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed IT support services

  • Website development after project approval

  • Software installation and configuration once completed

  • Domain, hosting, or third-party service purchases

  • Emergency or express support services

Partial Refunds


Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • Project is cancelled midway

  • Work completed will be calculated and deducted

Refund Request Process


To request a refund:

  • Email us within 3–5 business days of service delivery

  • Include invoice number and reason for refund

Refund Processing Time


Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Service Cancellation


  • Customers must notify before service work starts
  • Once work has started, cancellation may not guarantee a refund
