We strive to provide high-quality IT services. Due to the nature of digital and technical services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered if:
Service was not delivered as agreed
Project was cancelled by FloydTech before completion
Duplicate payment was made by mistake
Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
Completed IT support services
Website development after project approval
Software installation and configuration once completed
Domain, hosting, or third-party service purchases
Emergency or express support services
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:
Project is cancelled midway
Work completed will be calculated and deducted
Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
Email us within 3–5 business days of service delivery
Include invoice number and reason for refund
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Service Cancellation
- Customers must notify before service work starts
- Once work has started, cancellation may not guarantee a refund
